Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains what data Silver Owl Studio ("we", "us") handles, through this website (silverowl.cc) and through our in-house publishing tool, also called Silver Owl Studio (the "App").

1. Who we are

Silver Owl Studio is an independent video studio based in Belgium. We are the data controller for the data described here. Contact: contact@silverowl.cc.

2. What the App is

The App is a private tool used only by Silver Owl Studio to publish videos to the YouTube channels we own. It is not offered to the public, and no outside person can sign in to it.

3. YouTube API Services

The App uses the YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with our content you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

With the permission of our own Google account, the App:

The App does not access, collect or store personal data of viewers or of any other YouTube user. Statistics we read are aggregated numbers provided by YouTube; they do not identify individual people.

4. How data is stored

We do not sell, rent or share any of this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Revoking access

Access given to the App can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's security settings: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is withdrawn, the stored tokens stop working and are deleted.

6. This website

silverowl.cc is a simple information site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and has no forms. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and to deliver the pages; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to contact@silverowl.cc. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
